Wellness reminders don't reset on break
I have a blink reminder set to every 5 minutes, and a short break set every 20. I have wellness "reset timers after break" enabled.I would expect that after taking a break, I wouldn't see a wellness reminder to blink for 5 minutes. However I keep seeing them shortly after completing a break e.g. at the 18 minute mark or the 17 minute mark.I also have "show reminders during pauses" enabled. Perhaps that is throwing off the timers relative to each other. Still, I'd expect a break to reset them.

Hi Lee, thanks for the detailed report. I looked into this, and the reset is actually working. What you're seeing is the two timers counting different kinds of time. The break timer counts screen time: it freezes during smart pauses (meetings, videos, stepping away). Wellness reminders run on real time, since blinking matters whenever you're at the screen. Since you show reminders during pauses, they keep firing while the break timer is frozen. Both reset together when a break ends, but they drift apart as soon as a pause happens. A blink at the "18 minute mark" means 5 real minutes passed since your break, but 2-3 of them were paused, so the break countdown only moved 2-3 minutes. The reminder is on schedule, just on a different clock. Hope that clears it up!
