Turning off "Pause Breaks"

I find myself continuously pausing breaks. I bought this app for the hardcore mode, which works extremely well and I'm super grateful for that. But since I'm such a hardcore worker that you have to drag away from the desk by force, my brain found a workaround in the pause breaks feature. So then when I see that the brake is nearing, I'm just pausing it to avoid the break.Which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. If there was a setting that would allow me to turn off the ability to pause brakes., my brain eyes and back would be very grateful.
