To be able to see Starting break reminder when I'm in certain app

I like that I can disable the warning that the break will start in xxx minutes because I mostly keep postponing it, so that’s why I turn it off. But when I work ( in my case in Lightroom) I want to be able to postpone the break because I just need like extra 2 minutes to put pictures for export. Basically to be able to choose in which app the break warning appears. Does that make sense? Love the app btw
