Request Better Tracking of Citrix

I request better filtering/tracking for Citrix. I can only add Citrix Workspace to the Smart Pause preferences, but it ignores that because it's not the app actually in use during a Citrix session. I'd like more control so it only reminds me to take breaks instead of activating a pause. During build sessions, it breaks my concentration, and I often have to press ESC to turn off the break.
