Reminder to alternate between sitting and standing

First of all, thank you for making this wonderful app, I use it every day! I have a desk that can move up and down so I can alternate between standing and sitting, it would be nice to get a reminder every XX min to alternate between sitting and standing so I'm not sitting or standing too much. Thanks for your consideration!
