Minimal Posture Reminder
Was comparing this app to DeskRest and this does seem more reliable. The feature I'm most interested in is the posture reminder. One thing I liked more about DeskRest is that the posture reminder is just a flash on the screen so it's less distracting. Would love if there's an option to change the alert to something more minimal like a screen flash. Thanks a lot!

The app is very cute but I think all the UI needs to be toned down. The wellness reminders ui's could be much more svelte
