Menubar Alternative Icons

I really don't like how the menubar icon looks in my menubar. As a result I choose the "Text only" option for appearance, however that leaves it with less context as to what "7mins" means in the menubar. So I would like it if there were alternate menubar icons we could choose from. See how Bartender does this or various other apps with menubar apps.
