How does it work? Does it access screen content or only statistical data? For example, does LookAway know I am using Chrome to write this message, or can it read the message too?

Hi Stefano,
LookAway cannot access screen content because it does not request screen recording permissions. For LookAway, the OS only reports the frontmost application, with which it detects whether the application is open or not. This is the most private way to get this information.
