People should be able to set a limit on how much postpones they should be allowed to do before taking a break

how about the delays get shorter? for example first delay - 3 minutes, then 2, 1, 30 seconds.. more and more annoying reminders, to force me to get up. Otherwise I sometimes just mindlessly keep clicking, as it doesnt really register if I did it for the 1 or 4th time
