Issue with License Deactivation - Purchase Made on

Dear Lookaway Support Team, I am writing to report a problem with my license for the Lookaway application. Approximately three months ago, I purchased a lifetime license for $30. I received the license key, entered it into the application, and it was successfully activated. Everything was working perfectly until today. Now, for an unknown reason, the application is stating that my license is no longer active and is asking me to enter the license key again. I believe this might be a bug in a recent update. Unfortunately, I have deleted the original email containing the license key, as I did not expect to need it after successful activation. Could you please assist me in restoring my license? I can provide proof of my purchase to help you locate my transaction record and re-validate my license.
