iPhone increased usability
Would it be possible to get the iPhone app to remind you when to lock away. If fully forcing you to lockout for a giving time isnt possible. maybe just even having it connect to your iphones screentime stats and sending a notification when it increases by an amount within a given time frame. for example 20m of screen time increase within 25m. or you could even use the phone pickups info and reset the counter for the notification once the pickup is increased (meaning the user turned off their phone and went back on it afterwards)
