Do not go idle with apps in a selected list
Most of my work I work with an agent in a terminal, big portion of which is me reading what he is doing in between my replies to him. Worst case a 30 min session can stretch to 60 minutes, because I am not interacting with the computer much. I would however not want to change the default idleness settings for any other app, because it would compromise the quality in other contexts. So I would just put iterm2 in my case into exemption list — if it is in focus, lookaway does not go idle.
