Apart from water reminder, I'm also looking forward to the breathing exercises for reminders or breaks, I feel while working on computer I breathe slow and shallow.
I'd love something like this too, such as setting myself a custom reminder to drink water - having ADHD, I often forget to drink throughout the day when working. It would also be great to say sync this up to my calendar so I can get full screen meeting reminders.

This would be veryyy useful, I was just looking at that, in my case I usually strain my shoulders, so I would like a reminder to keep a light, non forced posture
It is crucial for these reminders to be able to display text (a couple of words or even a sentence). Big text, aesthetically pleasing.
